Tiny footsteps .....
If I'm honest I've been burying my head in the sand and hoping that the anxiety that's been part of my life for a while now would simply disappear. I've seen myself go from someone who enjoyed a good night out or a nice meal with friends to someone who thinks of every reason I can to say thanks but no thanks. CBT is helping a little but what it has made me realise is that it's down to me to make the changes so that's exactly what I'm going to do! Thought using Blip would mean that every so often I can look back and see how far I've come. So, here I go ................
