The Early Bird Gets the Shot

Continuing the moon obsession. Dragged the gear out back early this morning. I was curious to see how the shadow shapes would differ from the other day. It still looks like an orange, with a navel just visible on the right, and section lines radiating out. Does anybody know what that is?  The hummingbird was a generous gift from the universe. With all my attention on live focus and trying to get the moon to be sharp, it never occurred to me that there was anything else up there. While I was waiting for the timer to go off, I saw this tiny out of place thing that just took my breath away, and I hoped with all my might that the shutter would go off before the bird did.
