These boots weren't made for walking...

...but they were made for looking pretty.

It was the annual Samhuinn Open Meeting today.  As I'm running a group again this year I was required to stand up in front of a hundred or so people and sell our idea.  When I look pretty I feel good and when I feel good I feel more confident.  As I hate speaking in front of large groups of my peers I needed all the confidence I could get and so the knee high boots came out!
