MEET FREDDO

A wet walk in the Great Yorkshire Forest at Dalby today unveiled Freddo the Frog who was perfectly happy to be on the path getting wet.

Freddo  . . . is also the name of one of my favourite chocolate bars.

Originally made by Cadbury Ltd, it first appeared in the UK in 1973, was withdrawn in 1979 and re-launched in 1994. Famous in the US and Australia the new threat to Freddo Bars have been recent downsizing to keep costs low. Like many other things today you get less for your money.
