Window Box

This is a view inside a shop window.
The shop has beautiful, bowed windows but has allowed to become derelict.
The owner retired several years ago and then some heavy rain resulted in the collapse of the ceilings.

The result is a carpet of moss in the window plus these pretty flowers growing out of the now rotting wooden window sills.

The turquoise background is a tarpaulin and not the sea although the shop was a retailer of aquarium supplies.

I think I spotted a mermaid somewhere but she was gone in a flash of a tail.
