Blackpool

Picnic lunch on the beach in Blackpool... sitting on the steps watching the tide flow out.... The gulls were pretty well behaved, waiting til people had left their spots before diving in to hunt for crumbs and leftovers.

First time at the seaside this year, and a lovely chance to breathe in the sea air sat in the sunshine.

We used to visit Blackpool a lot when I was a little girl, and it still holds a kind of magic for me... although I think I'm a bit big to ride on the donkeys now.
