Framing

Last Monday, we went into a wee gallery in Stromness, where I bought the print of the Arctic Terns among the sea-thrift. M bought a couple of postcards, including the ever popular puffins.
It will be months, possibly years, before we get it together to get them framed and hung, if previous purchases are anything to go by...
The artist, Tim Wootton, was very chatty and friendly. We had a good old birdy talk. When I asked him if there had been any rarities about, he answered (with a perfectly straight face) "Yes! This last week we've been seeing a lot of swifts!!!"
It's a different world...
