Elasticated Waist Band - Victorious Festival

I went to my first ever music festival today and it was fantastic.  With 10 different stages (plus lots of music tents) we had to plan carefully what we wanted to see trouble was I didn't actually know many of the acts! 
Keri recommended we see a local band on the Seaside Stage called Kassassin Street - they were amazing (and heck they were young!) but I'd noticed a band called The Elasticated Waist Band which got my vote for the best band name!  They were playing in the Real Ale Tent so that got Bob's vote!
After that we saw the amazing Johnny Marr (I'm a big fan - and I like the Smiths and Morrissey too) followed by Ray Davis of The Kinks who did a very fun "singalong" gig and we knew all the songs!

The weatherman said to expect thundery downpours so I took everything with me that I could to keep off the rain, waterproof boots, trousers, jacket, umbrella and they worked, because it didn't rain! (well not until we got in the car)
