Snowdon Curry

Last day before my holiday and loads to get through before I finish, although in all honesty I’ll probably have to work over my holiday anyway.

Tomorrow we take on Snowdon again, so I made my way up to Snowdonia tonight with my good friend Matt.  Lovely hotel in Betws Y Coed, and they do amazing food.  This was the Yellow Thai Curry I took on for energy before tomorrow.
