Karate Kid

This is the Caledonia Kyokoshin karate team on their summer training and what better place to practice than in the sea when it's freezing cold and raining. They had to do this for an hour!!  Toughens them up. They even had to do their exercises in the sea including sit ups and push ups with the waves lapping around their necks.

You can see littlest on the far right hand side, he is the smallest in his training team. We then had a barbeque on the beach but had to hide from the rain behind the dunes,

We now have  very tired boy.
