Bronze!! x2!!!

Ok, another one of my blips of the television, but this really does sum up my day, and after all that’s what’s my journal’s all about! At the World Athletics Championships today both of Great Britain’s 4 x 400m relay teams took bronze medals on the final day of the championships in Beijing!!

For the last nine days, I’ve been glued to the coverage of the athletics, apart from Winter Sports, the only sport that I watch avidly. What I love about athletics is that it’s not a question of team tactics, game play or having the latest high-tech equipment, it’s all about the athlete’s raw talent and physical athletic ability; one athlete testing his/her body against another’s…


I noticed this morning that stars and hearts that you lovely blippers had generously sprinkled on my journal yesterday were not showing up against the photo, even though I received blip notification of them. Has anyone else noticed this? Don't know what's gone wrong and I guess there's nobody at blip central to help either... Never mind, it's the kind thought that counts! :)
