Jakobshorn

Decided to go go even higher up where the temperatures are bearable and no uphill hiking will be involved (it is Sunday after all :)

Public yellow post bus to Davos Platz and using the new Jakobshornbahn to go up to the peak (2600m). The Jakobshorn seems to be one of the mountains favored by the mountain warriors (see extra) as I call the mountain / downhill bikers because of their gear and fearlessness. The coexistence with hikers is not a problem at all - both respect each other.

Leisurely walk down to Sertig Dorf and again with the "yellow friend" back to our place (see extra picture). They even offer WIFI nowadays.

Early dinner at 5pm sitting outside in the mild evening sun with still 25C.

We wIll be driving back to Zurich late tonight as this might be the last summer evening up here.
