Turnstones
A nice long walk on the beach this afternoon with Daisy, there were still some holiday makers about, but most have now headed back home. There were lots of birds about today, swallows were darting about above the sea catching flies, and there were a pair of wagtails walking along the shore. But then I saw a large flock of Turnstones, these birds are so camouflaged that often you don't see them until they fly off in front of you. Luckily I spotted them before they saw me, and they were quite oblivious to my picture taking.
My extras are one showing how camouflaged the Turnstones are and one of a Wagtail.
