Saturday: Lake Keuka, NY

We had an idyllic day today. Mary and Rich have a lakeside cottage on the shares of Lake Keuka, one of the finger lakes, so we left Honeoye Falls this morning and will be spending the next few days there. We were joined by Rich's daughter, Lauren, too.

After sorting ourselves out, we took the boat across the lake for lunch (first American craft beer sampled - hurrah!). Weather was great and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. Then a full tour of the lake before heading back.

And, finally, a great evening on the porch, with good conversation and pizza.
