5 A.M. Preparing for the 10km

Having not run a single run since our half marathon in Siem Reap in December, Berry and I decided last week to participate in the Phnom Penh half marathon, but just the 10km. It will be the start of our training for the December half marathon again. We came in in 58 mins which wasn't bad after no training. I never quite got into my stride though, especially in the bits when we were being mown down by the early morning traffic.
