Chicken a la Sting

Things didn't go as planned on this trip, including having no water upon arrival (where did the 250+ gallons in the tank go? hmm...). This was breakfast to use up the chicken, originally intended for dinner, since we also didn't have enough ice to keep things cold. Among the many things forgotten in our rush to catch the ferry with a spot reserved for us, I didn't have anything to season the chicken, so I improvised with a bit of young nettle that I noticed. Turned out all right!
