The Mods are back in Town

The August bank holiday weekend always draws plenty of Mods to Brighton and so it's a great photo opportunity.

I've been spoilt for choice on what to blip today as we have so many butterflies in our garden at the moment and I got some great pics. But a few of you who are also friends on Facebook have all said to go with the Mods, so I eventually chose this one as it gives me a feel of stepping back in time.

We've had a good day and went to test drive a car thismorning for Alan when he starts his commute to Burgess Hill next month.  Unfortunately he didn't like it but it's only the first one he's  been to look at. We then got the bus into town and walked along Madeira Drive to look at all the Vespas and Lambarettas.

We then strolled along the sea front and had lunch at Al Fresco, watched (from a distance) one of my colleagues get married in the bandstand, and tonight we've been to a Turkish restaurant with Elif & Ali.

Its been a nice day, but it's now time for bed x
