Heart in my feet

Roland and I had a day out on the North Norfolk coast.  Cycled to the station, paid £5.50 each and just over an hour later we were in Sheringham, a small seaside town where we had ice creams to fortify us for the six mile walk along the beach to Cromer.

It was glorious.  We paddled through rock pools, met lots of well behaved but fun loving hounds, admired sand castles and I found, much to my surprise, I had shaped a heart between my feet.

After having the obligatory fish and chips we got the train back to Norwich, picked up the bikes from the station and cycled home.

Will certainly sleep well tonight.
