Biathlon

We had a nice cycle ride this morning. Ella really enjoyed looking at the cows, horses and sheep we met on the way, as well as giving mummy the occasional back massage and showing my bum to passing traffic! Toddlers...
I went for a run this afternoon. Was very hard work but somehow I managed it. Think the bike ride (and then pressure washing the gate...the excitement doesn't stop!) took more out of me than I thought.
More lamenting over the paint job outside (particularly the paint all over the hamstone...no idea how we will get that off), but we have renegotiated the payment at least. Live and learn.
