Trampin'

A walk with Léo around Rolle this morning. Then mowed the lawn and watched Mo triumph in the 5000m - was there any doubt ?
Suitably inspired I went off down the lake to Corsier-sur-Vevey for the "Course Chaplin". This is the village where Charlie Chaplin lived the last 20 years of his life until 1977. 
I haven't done this race for a while. The last time I did it, the race passed through his residence, but lots of building work going on there, so  we passed by the road, Still meant for a tough climb up the road though  in 30 degree heat for 6k or so, and a cool descent through the forest to the end,  Overtook one guy on the way down, and got taken out by a young guy on the last sprint.  Wonder if he will still be running in 30 years time 

A fun race though with super views of the lake and mountains.
