A Day at the Beach

Because I'm running out of them!

After a morning of prepping lectures and worrying over my wireless card, Coralie and I decided to head to the beach! It was a beautiful day and laying out in the sun, reading and knitting, was perfect. When the buildings' shadows finally found us, we walked down the beach to meet up with some of Los Putos for a little guitar show. We were playing a little volley ball when I lady asked if she can join. I don't feel like this is something that would happen much in the States either, but it happens a lot here- if you see someone playing a sport you'd like to play (even if they're a group of people and you're just you) you can ask to join in and are usually welcomed. As such, we had our ball overtaken by 3 little boys who also wanted to play. It was really cute.

Back at home after dinner, Coralie and I set to finish up some work before heading over to a casa los putos to chill. That's when I discovered my internet had returned... interesting..
