Daydreaming

Some horses in a paddock just out of town.
This one was probably dreaming of living a better life - none of them had shoes, or coats to keep them warm, there was hardly any grass, and some of them had splits in their hooves.

It was a horrible, cold dull day, until late this afternoon, when the sun finally made an appearance.
