Janis

A truly amazing performance by Angela Darcy as Janis Joplin in Full Tilt. The best piece of musical theatre I think we have ever seen. Certainly the highlight of this year's festival. If last night was about feelgood music, tonight was about music that ripped into the core of your soul.

The rest of the day was mundane. Multiple complaints about bloody cars and vans parking on the cycle lane on Leith Walk kept me busy on twitter. An early evening reception at work, where we saw the "premiere" of the new videos about the Institute and the people who work there/pass through there. I'm sure they'll go down a storm when we release them!
