You're doing WHAT to a book!

I have this idea for a craft project and for that I needed a very old book. Found a beautiful 1927 leatherbound gilt edged dictionary in a junk shop for 50p! It is actually a thing of beauty which probably justifies the horror expressed when I told the assembled family that I was going to cut it in half. 
Appeals have been lodged and pleas made to my conscience, so I may have to rethink. 
I did like the camera entry tho, no DSLR nonsense there! So maybe I'll look out for something else.
