This Is The Modern World

I’ve been looking forward to seeing the exhibition dedicated to The Jam which is running at Somerset House in London.
 
It’s fair to say I wasn’t disappointed. It was absolutely fantastic. There were so many little known pieces of memorabilia going way back to when the band were only starting out. A highlight was a video of Paul Weller’s mother talking about the influence John Weller (Paul’s dad) had on the band and their success.
 
I am looking forward to being the official photographer to the band “From The Jam” which include original bass player Bruce Foxton, on 8 October at the Civic Theatre in Motherwell. If I get to meet Bruce I will be 100% star struck!
