Behind Police Lines

I know I always bang on about Notting Hill Carnival being a party and not a crime scene, but crimes still happen wether there is a festival on or not.

With no firm facts it looks like the tool shop has been broken into on Talbot Road, however there is also an ominous forensic tent pitched out on the pavement. I hope no one was hurt.

Either way, I don't think Spiderman is going to be able to help.
