Flower Friday - Plum blossom pollinator

Or she would be if she wasn't having a snooze.

I do like catching bees asleep, it means you can get right in to the detail of the bee without her flying off in a tizz.

The plum blossom on my little Satsuma tree is wonderful this year, but try as I might, I could not get it right on camera.  It really needs a blue sky behind it rather than next door's washing.  A closeup with the bee seemed a goodish compromise.

It's a grey day again today, and not much happening in the great outdoors, and sadly I didn't really have time to go up to the Park, so the back yard simply had to do.
