Winter trees, last leaves

Went for a walk,needed to get out of the house, and it stopped raining and there wasn't much wind. Helping our son fight the EQC battle, and today was yet another battle in the war against incompetence.

So walking was a good antidote, although it's cold and grey. The houses are gradually disappearing round my walk, sad to see them go, but at least the people in them have been able to get on with their lives and are hopefully settled again.

So much change to what a couple of years ago would have thought would have been there till long after I'm gone, such a different life to what we expected.
