One Of Three

I made a cauliflower curry today. Three containers full of it are now maturing in the fridge, ready for Saturday's "United Nations Dinner". It started off as "British Curry Night" but as there weren't many takers, we cast our net wider and caught some South Africans, a Swiss person and an American!
