Sailing Boat in the Sky

We have a local pub, very close to the Thames Barrier.  The Anchor and Hope.  It is right on the river with seats on the river bank and some amazing views to the Barrier one side and the O2 to the other side.  

It is a pub that has stayed true to itself, a genuine local.  It has not become a real Greenwich tourist place although it has its fair share of passing trade.   This boat is a bit of a flag outside overlooking the river.

Just a small glass in between Sainsburys and home!
