Morning Run

The longest run I've done for a while and although my lower back felt tired at the end, it's no worse now.  The fourteen and a half miles sped by in good company,  this is Hazel heading along the path above Anglezarke Reservoir on the West Pennine Moors.  Felt like a summer day with sunshine and a gentle breeze, perfect   : )
