London lunch with Sam

Excellent time today with Sam, my London counterpart, looking at new ways of delivering training and generally putting the world to rights. Sam took me to a traditional London pub for lunch, he seemed to know quite a few of the local pubs very well. The added bonus was a great view of the men's 200m final live from Beijing. Usain Bolt strikes again!
