Fly by Day

Ok call me weird, but I think that close up this house fly is rather handsome.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely hate flies, but decided to use this intruder to my advantage. I'm amazed that he didn't fly off, as I was really really close to him. Ugh!!
If you look large you can see what looks to be veins in his wings, especially near to where they join the body, which appears to be a large muscle. He also has a bit of something on his right-hand side that he needs to brush off. His hair is tidy though.
Don't worry - I shooed him out of the window. Even I can feel sorry for my model after posing so well for me.
