100,000 of them, all white, in Covent Garden's South Market Hall. An installation by French artist Charles Petillon. This is a quick snap on the i-phone - google it for much better images than mine.

They pulse with white light which I understand is to represent the beating heart of Covent Garden. Kind of cool and restful to look at.

They're here for a month, until 27 Sept.
