Asian Mystery Alcohol

One of Tom's colleagues got sent on a business trip to Asia. He brought this alcohol back. Apart from the lovely bottle, it was very potent. One whiff of it told us we wouldn't be drinking any of it!

I wonder if it's any good for cleaning jewellery?!!
