A day of two halves!

Well it certainly poured down this morning, but this afternoon was bright and sunny. So, at 5pm I went to swim with two kind friends. To swim, eases the burdens and for me is very therapeutic. So thank you Lynn and Paul, although Paul says he'll only be my friend if I pay him!!!
this was around the corner from where I swam. I swim off a pier to save my foot ;0)
