Memorial.

Last night we wandered down to see the flowers laid down for those who died. People have been putting flowers all along Shoreham footbridge and alongside the evening light it's a really beautiful, emotional memorial.

There has been a suggestion on how people can pay their respects floating around on social media and here it is:

"Please could you post as an idea for showing respect to the people who lost loved ones last week. If the A27 is ready to be opened on Friday or Saturday why not leave it shut except for pedestrian access to allow people to walk down. Then let the families of the presumed dead say goodbye privately at 1.20 and reopen the road afterwards. Authorities need to consider that people will go there to pay respect anyway, better to do it without 70mph traffic going past."

I think this is a lovely, heartfelt idea so if you see it, share it!
