Training cycle

We went on a cycle ride on the windy Wolds this morning. This is preparation for our cycling holiday in Costa Rica. Sadly we couldn't find a bike small enough for Lou to ride but we hope to persuade her to come to Costa Rica.
A grey afternoon spent walking round the gardens at Scampston Hall then a delicious dinner at the Pipe and Glass - life is not so bad
