Its a tradition

For three years I have blip one of these!  This year you get a small wasp and a fly on said flower.

Busy work day, emails went pop!  Difficult conversation with an employee who is currently going through a tough time personally.  My heart breaks for him and his family,  I have to find the balance between support and ensuring his work commitments are met - we have a short term plan, we will review when he knows more about his circumstances. 

In other news, literally, rest in peace the news reporter who were shot by a colleague in Virginia today x
