We had a great service at church this morning, and afterwards we took my dad out to Tusitala for lunch to celebrate Father's Day. He knew the people at the two tables next to us, and one of the waitresses was at nursery with me. You'd be forgiven for thinking we lived in some small rural town somewhere, not a (fairly) big city like Edinburgh.

Penultimate youth meeting of the session this evening, with the best turnout we've had since this time last year. We were looking at the epistles, and how being a disciple incorporates our intellect, emotions, and actions. It was great to see the wonderful Judah again, who has been away for a year, and we met some lovely new faces too!
