It Seems That Today Is Trying Tell Me Otherwise...

A disappointing start today as my dressage competition was cancelled due to heavy overnight rain. Eldest and I went out and about as he is redecorating his bedroom, we ended up at a local garden centre for tea and cake and as I wanted to buy some new plants for my pots, my flabber was well and truly ghasted though as they were putting up their Christmas displays. Coming down the hill into the village, these clouds on the hill opposite were looking decidedly autumnal....I keep trying to tell myself that it's still summer...but it seems that today is trying to tell me otherwise.
