Ice Cream Kinda Day

It doesn't have to be sunny or even warm to enjoy an ice cream.

Just back from Physio, not sure when the line is drawn and at what point they decide it's not working and take the next step but I'm not feeling like it's going anywhere positive. The 40 min walk there and 40 min walk back probably does more harm than the good of the 20min healing process in between. *sigh*

I think I need an ice cream.
