Spot the photographer

A virtual prize for the first to spot the photographer.  A hint:  they are not in the water and no snorkels were used.

I seem to be hanging around this area quite a bit, perhaps it is just easy to stop here on the way home.  On another note, the building under the crane to the right hosts a restaurant called Rustica where we will be having a long Friday lunch in 3 weeks and one day.  I vaguely remember those days of long lunches.  Bring it on....
