First corn fritter

Today for lunch the boys had corn fritters. These are one of CJ's favourite lunch items, but today was the first time LJ had tried them.

And, after a bit of examining, squeezing, prodding and nibbling, it turns out that LJ also enjoyed them.

Something tells me I will be making pretty frequently from now on...
