Beautiful Scotland

Worked from home today and went for a run at lunch time in the sunshine up to the wally monny. It was hard going as I'm still trying to build my fitness levels back up, but decided a 4 mile run up the hill would be in order if I'm to get fit enough for the Glen affric weekend next month!
We popped over to K and R s after dinner to see the birthday girl and came back with a birthday cup cake each. Good job I went for that run!
