The Cruise

Today we were up and out early. We caught the 10 o'clock ferry and cycled along the lake to Predni Zvonkova. We saw disused barracks and a bunker at the border with Austria, oh to explore them, but we didn't. We then cycled along the Schwarzenbersky Canal. Not quite what we expected. It was very narrow and used to move short pieces of log around rather than boats as we had expected. Stil it was very pretty and we were in the shade of the woods.

We had to get back early to go on the evening cruise around the lake. We had a meal of chesse and bread and a beer, or 2, whilst enjoying a beautiful evening. Once back on dry land we headed to the specialist cake shop for delicious cake and coffee. A perfect evening
