Funny day, left work at midday, just because I could, went to Cambridge, just because I could, thought about buying quite a few things but didn't, just came home with a cabin suitcase for Geoff.

Taught Geoff how to make an apple pie while I cooked the first roast for ages as we had friends coming round.  I didn't eat it I stuck to my food. Dreading weigh in as I feel as though I have become a slug since stopping my exercise.  I did sneak in a 7 minute work out from a Davina dvd before work today.
