JOY . . . NO JOY

Joy . . . It should have been a grand day out at Blacktoft Sands - and it was as just being there is a bonus.
Joy . . . a rare Spotted Crake  is on the Reserve.
No Joy . . . not a sighting at all. Not even a Harrier and they are always on view !
Joy . . . learned how to tell a Green Sandpiper from a Common Sandpiper !
Now the challenge is to remember !
