holiday (day 10.5)

I decided to work the 2nd half of the day (maybe) and go for a long cycle in the 1st half.

Back to Scotland tomorrow, so I need to make the most of the sunshine. Who knows when I'm likely to see it again once I'm back.

Thunderstorms overnight had cleared the air and dropped the temperature by 10°c, so ideal.

I went to Neuburg an der Donau (and back, obviously). 25 miles (40km) by road and probably about the same by the cycle paths I used. 3 hours of cycling.

Most of the way is alongside the Donau (Danube) so I Blipped the view as you approach the town. Not bad...

I added a couple of shots of the town. Lovely place, and hardly over-run with touroids.
