Tiny Tuesday - visitor

I was in the garden looking for a blip when I saw this insect hiding in the Lavender - not exactly sure what it is ( does anyone know ? )  but thought it might make a good subject for Tiny Tuesday.
I have added an extra of this little chap in the lavender.
It is quite windy today so not quiet as sharp as I would have liked.
